Call Center + COD (Cash on Delivery) — Pros and Cons of Working with This Model
I’ve been running nutra offers for a while, and lately, most of the top-performing ones use COD with a call center. It seems like a solid model because users feel safer paying after delivery, but I’ve also noticed a lot of issues with unconfirmed or fake leads. Some campaigns lose half the potential sales after calls. How do you guys handle this? Is it worth sticking with COD, or should I try switching to prepaid models instead?

I totally get that. COD can be a double-edged sword — high conversion at the start but also a lot of returns or non-confirmed orders. What helped me was working with networks that have solid call center processes. For example, the Best Affiliate Network has pretty good lead confirmation rates because their operators actually know the product and speak the local language fluently. In my experience, when the call team sounds natural, even hesitant buyers end up converting.
